After Sales Service is a priority for UED. We always return to site once a job is complete in order to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the end result, so providing peace of mind for the customer.
Training is also provided for those who will be responsible for maintaining
UED-designed equipment. Seminars can be organised on site for groups or can
be arranged for individuals. We have also in the past been invited to speak
at the Institute of Mechanical Engineers conference and also at the South
African Roll Users conferences.
