When our customer wanted to coil heavier gauge materials, UED were asked to redesign new heavy duty top and bottom pinch roll assemblies, all within the existing housing envelope.

The new heavy duty units were designed, manufactured and installed/commissioned by UED engineers on time and within the tight project program.

This ultimately allowed our customer to enhance their quality and product range, giving them a larger market share.
